Support for the challenges of college life, grounded in understanding, connection, and care.
Therapy for students navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. A place to gain clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
College can be exciting, but also stressful, overwhelming, and confusing at times.
At Off-Campus Counseling, licensed therapists offer a private, supportive space where you can talk openly about what’s really going on, without judgment or pressure. Whether facing significant challenges or everyday stressors, you don’t have to navigate them alone.
A lot of students start therapy just to make sense of what they’re feeling. You don’t have to have everything figured out to reach out and get started. Therapy’s a space to understand yourself, feel supported, and navigate this stage of life with more clarity and confidence.

We offer individual therapy designed specifically for college students and young adults.
Common challenges we support students with:
- Anxiety, Stress & Overwhelm
- Academic pressure & time management
- Depression & Burnout, Mood & Emotional Struggles
- Relationships & Social Challenges
- Life Transitions & Adjustment
- Family Conflict or Pressure
- Identity & Self-Esteem
- Habits, Coping & Personal Growth
This practice was founded on the belief that therapy should feel approachable, collaborative, and deeply attuned to the unique pressures of college life. Off-Campus Counseling is dedicated to providing a safe, understanding, and supportive space. Here, your experiences are met with care, insight, and respect.

Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Jennifer Shrier, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with college students and emerging adults.
I know this stage of life can feel exciting, confusing, and overwhelming, all at the same time. My goal is to create a space where you can talk openly, feel understood, and comfortable being yourself.
